What is it?
The "Running Commentary" is a weekly, short, inspiring, relevant Torah thought on the Parasha or current holiday, usually from the Rebbe https://therebbe.org/ which I share live on Facebook, while on my exercise run, exercising my mind, body, and soul, and sharing the light, simultaneously.
